All of my packages include a certain amount of edited digital photos. Once you have chosen your favourite images from your gallery I will send you your own download pin so you can download them. I wanted to share with you a tutorial on how to download the photos as sometimes it can be a bit confusing.
1) Click DOWNLOAD
Enter your gallery using your email address and collection password. Press DOWNLOAD on the top right when you enter the gallery.
2) Enter Download Pin
Enter your email address and the new Download Pin that I would have sent you when I turn on downloading.
3) Choose The Photos
After you have entered your pin, you will then choose which folder of photos you want to download. Depending on the package you buy will depend on what options are available here. If the package includes all the photos then you will likely have two options (Colour and Black and White), if you only get a few included then it will usually say "DOWNLOAD" as I would have picked your chosen photos into a separate download folder and only turned on downloading on that folder.
4) Choose Download Size
Now you need to pick what size of file you want to download.
High Resolution is what you need to use if you want to print any photos.
Web Size is perfect for uploading to social media.
I would recommend that you download both so you have them both to available for the future. I can only guarantee I will keep hold of your photos for up to a year, so it is best to download them both as if you don't and want them in the future I may not have them anymore.
5) Download To...
Finally you need to pick where you want to download the photos to and then press START DOWNLOAD.
6) It will email you
Once the downloads have finished it will email you a link.
